: الأنابيب الملحومة الطولية

 .ERW يمكن أن يزود خط الإنتاج بالأنابيب الفولاذية مع قطر  أكثر من 610 ملم وسماكة جدار أكثر من 15 ملم  التي يمكن أن تصنع بواسطة خط إنتاج الأنابيب الفولاذية من الفئة

.أكثر من 2150 ملم  قطر داخلي  ، وسماكة جدار قدرها 30 ملم LSAW يمكن أن تصل الأنابيب الفولاذية من الفئة

  LASW فقط  141.6 ألف طن من الممكن ان تكون تدفق للإنتاج أنابيب الفئة LSAWإذا أخذنا مشروع الغاز من الغرب إلى الشرق كمثال، فإن االمشروع يحتاج إلى 964 ألف طن  من  أنابيب 

J.C.Oوالأوهي الأنابيب الفولاذية الملحومة القوسية المغمورة والملحومة بالجانبيب والمستقيمة السماكة:بداية يتم سحل الزوايا للألواح المتوسطة ومن ثما وضعها في ماكينة تشكيل الضغط، يتم تشكيلها إلى دائرة على حسب طراز

وبعد ذلك الوصول إلى مرحلة اللحام بالتناكب بواسطة ماكينة اللحام بالتناكب وبعدها مرحلة الغمر الإزدواجية الأ وهي اللحام. ومن ثما مرحلة الكشف عن غير الإتلافية الواحد تلو الآخر ، يمكن ان يستخدم المنتج كأنابيب نقل .السوائل من العيار الكبير مثل ابترول والغاز الطبيعي وغيرها

The production lines could provide the steel pipes with the diameter of over 610mm and wall thickness of over 15mm that could not be manufactured by ERW steel pipe production line. LSAW steel pipes could be 2150mm in max, caliber and 30mm in max, wall thickness

Take the western gas eastern transportation project as example, the project will need 964 thousand tons of LSAW pipes, only 141.6 thousand tons of which could be the production flow of LASW large-caliber thick-wall straight seam double-sided submerged arc welding steel pipes is: firstly mill the edge of medium plate and put it into pressure forming device, form it into a circle according to the mode of J.C.O, and then prowled it after sea butting by seam butting device and then start the double-sided submerged are welding. After nondestructive detection one by one, the products could be used as large-caliber liquid conveying pipe such as petroleum, natural gas and others.
