الحرارة إلى 680-720 درجة مئوية ، تبرد ببطء. هذا سيخلق أقصى صلابة Brinell من 241.

4. تصلب:

تصلب من درجة حرارة 820-850 ، 830-860 درجة مئوية تليها المياه أو النفط التبريد.

5. هدأ:

درجة حرارة التقسية: 540-680 درجة مئوية.

3.Soft Annealing: 

 Heat to 680-720oC, cool slowly. This will produce a maximum Brinell hardness of 241. 

4. Hardening: 

 Harden from a temperature of 820-850, 830-860oC followed by water or oil quenching. 

5. Tempering: 

 Tempering temperature: 540-680oC.
