1 المواد وقطع التفتيش

يتم فحص جميع المواد وقطع الغيار من قبل قسم مراقبة الجودة الشركة المصنعة للتأكد من أنها تصل إلى مواصفات دعا الاب في التصميم.

2 خط الانتاج مراقبة الجودة

يتم تصنيع جميع الحاويات تحت إجراءات فعالة لمراقبة الجودة لتلبية المعايير المحددة. يتم التحقق من جميع الأبعاد ويتم ضمان سلاسة تشغيل الأبواب بعد الانتهاء من كل حاوية. يتم إجراء اختبار الضوء والماء على جميع الحاويات.

موظفي مراقبة الجودة مستقلة من قسم الإنتاج. وسوف يتم تفتيش على جميع فيس من الإنتاج وكذلك عمليات التفتيش المخصصة من قبل ساليسيكاتين سوسيتي ومسح ممثلي المشتري لضمان جودة الحاوية.

ضمان

1. ضمان

تبدأ فترة الضمان في اليوم التالي لإصدار الشهادات من قبل جمعية التصنيف.

2. الطلاء ضمان

سيتم ضمان تطبيق الطلاء ضد التآكل وفشل الطلاء لمدة ثلاث (3) سنوات. والضمان هو لجميع الأخطاء التي تؤثر على أكثر من 10٪ من الأسطح المطلية، وسوف يضمن إعادة الطلاء الجزئي أو الكلي للحاويات. يتم استبعاد البلى العادي أو التآكل الناجم عن الحمض أو القلوي أو نتائج الأضرار الناجمة عن التآكل أو التأثير أو الحوادث.

ملاحظة: يعرف التآكل على أنه الصدأ الذي يتجاوز

 RE3

 (درجة الأوروبي درجة من الصدأ) على ما لا يقل عن عشرة

3. ضمان آخر

سوف تكون هذه الحاوية مضمونة ضد أي عيوب أو سهو في الإنشاءات، صنعة والمواد لمدة 24 (24) شهرا. في حالة وجود عيوب، سوف سمك استبدال أو تصحيح أو تثبيت لجعل الحاوية مرضية لهذه المواصفات والخدمة المقصود في نفقة سمك. يتم استبعاد أي أضرار الناجمة عن سوء التعامل، سوء تأمين، وسوء التحميل، وأثر وأي طبيعة الحوادث.

Testing & Inspection

1 Materials and Parts Inspection

All materials and parts are inspected by the manufacturer's Quality Control department to ensure they are up to the specification called fr in the design.

2 Production Line Quality Control

All containers are manufactured under effective quality control procedures to meet the specified standards. All dimensions are checked and smoothe operation of the doors are ensured after each container's completion. A light and watertight test is conducted on all containers.

Quality control personnel independent of the production dept. will be inspecting on all phaes of the production as well as ad hoc inspections by the calssificatin soceity's surveyor and buyer's representatives to assure the quality of the container.

Warranty

1 Guarantee

The guarantee period will commence the day after the certification is issued by the calssifcation society.

2 Paint Guarantee

The application of paint will be guaranteed against corrosion and paint failure for a period of three years. The guarantee is for all faults affecting more than 10% of the painted surfaces and will assure partial or total re-painting of the contianers. Normal wear/tear, or corrosion caued by acid, alkali or results of damages by abrasion, impact or accident are excluede.

Note: Corrosion is defined as rusting which exceed RE3 (European scale of degree of rusting) on at least ten percent of the total container surface coated with the concerned coating system.

3 Other Guarantee

This container will be guaranteed againt any defect or omissions in construction, workmanship and materials for a period of 24 months. In the event of defects, FACTORY will replace. correct or install to make the container satisfactory to this specification and its intended service at FACTORY's expense. Any damages caused by mis-handling, mis-securing, mis-loading, impact and any natures of accidents are excluded.

Features of 20 Feet Bulk container:

1. They are generally cubic in form and therefore can transport more material in the same area than cylindrically shaped containers and far more than might be shipped in the same space if packaged in consumer quantities.

2. Composite IBCs rely on plastic liners that can be filled and discharged with a variety of systems.

3. The manufacturer/processor of a product can bulk package a product in one country and ship to many other countries at a reasonably low cost where it is subsequently packaged in final consumer form in accordance with the regulations of that country and in a form and language suitable for that country.

Applications of 20 Feet Bulk container:

Bulk containers are used in particular for transporting bulk cargo, such as grain, feedstuffs, and spices. 

However, bulk container may also be used for transporting general cargo.
